Responsibilities
Manages and grows a large and complex portfolio of middle market businesses in the Texas Region having revenues ranging from $50 million to $1 billion
Prospects for and closes new business relationships while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships
Works closely with the portfolio management team to manage loan and portfolio credit quality
Provides financial advice to customers and recommends appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients and makes appropriate referrals
Qualification
Required
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of commercial lending experience
Preferred
Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans
Significant knowledge of credit and credit quality
Thorough knowledge of bank products and services
Strong leadership and strategic management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
