Responsibilities
Create project related purchase requisitions and purchase orders and reconcile and validate invoices related to purchases
Draft and submit PCRs as requested
Update and manage project risk, issue, and decision logs
Assist project managers in maintaining and monitoring project schedules, work estimates and actual work hours
Assist financial analysts in creating and managing detailed project budget. Research and resolve project budget variances that are identified
Assist with updating Project Status slides
Assist technical leads in navigating governance items related to project delivery
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Meeting administration - scheduling, taking of meetings minutes, post meeting follow-ups, etc
Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
Qualification
Required
Must have 1 to 3 years' experience working in project coordinator/project support role
Must have basic knowledge and experience with Excel and PowerPoint as well as Microsoft Project preferred
Strong emotional intelligence skills
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be in the Central time zone (St. Louis location preferred)
