Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data across various channels (e.g., direct, retail, e-commerce)
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Partner with sales representatives and leadership to understand business needs and deliver relevant insights
Support sales forecasting and performance tracking against targets
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and Operations
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager or Company management
Responsibility tied to Watts Value: Continuous Improvement – proactively seeks ways to improve reporting processes, tools, and sales data accuracy

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (in absence of degree, may consider relevant experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or other data querying languages a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

Preferred

Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
Familiarity with statistical modeling or predictive analytics
Knowledge of sales operations and performance metrics
