Marketing Operations Lead

The Marketing Operations Lead is responsible for driving efficiency and measurable impact across the marketing organization by optimizing systems, processes, and data strategies to enhance demand generation and sales enablement.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales operations to build, document, and optimize lead management processes, including routing, scoring, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Develop dashboards and reporting models to measure marketing performance and influence on pipeline and revenue
Maintain data quality and governance across marketing and sales platforms, ensuring accuracy, enrichment, and compliance
Own the marketing technology stack, including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce, ensuring systems are integrated and scalable
Support campaign execution by managing backend setup, forms, Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) tracking, and segmentation
Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver actionable insights that improve lead follow-up and conversion efficiency
Collaborate with IT on integrations, system access, and data compliance
Evaluate and implement new tools that improve marketing and sales performance, balancing automation and usability
Guide campaign tagging, attribution, and post-campaign measurement frameworks
Ensure compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE) certification required
Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM
Deep understanding of lead management, campaign attribution, and marketing performance reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience with marketing data management, enrichment, and system integrations
Familiarity with ABM tools (Demandbase, 6sense) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Drift/Chat, ZoomInfo)
