Mid LevelChelsoft Solutions Co. is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to implement functional solutions in Salesforce/CRM. The role requires strong knowledge of various Salesforce clouds and the ability to manage multiple requests while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Experience implementing functional solutions in Salesforce/CRM within a large org (More than 50 users)
Strong knowledge of and proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Salesforce CPQ
Basic understanding of development tools and practices in Salesforce to facilitate the creation of use cases and the design of project requirements
Proven ability to utilize critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests
Ability to understand declarative automation and functions within the Salesforce ecosystem
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
Ability to function as a Business Analyst using the typical suite of BA tools such as documentation and organization of workshops to gather business requirements
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Salesforce Admin and/or Advanced Admin Certifications
Experience with Integrations and third-party applications involving Salesforce
Experience with Agile and/or Kanban development principles
Experience with Sales Acceleration and Marketing Automation platforms (Hubspot)
Experience with SalesForce CPQ
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware would be helpful
