Responsibilities
Work alongside the Production Planning department to assess current processes and identify potential opportunities for improvement
Take part in data collection and systems optimization projects designed to make operations more efficient
Gain exposure to hands-on opportunities that deepen your understanding of the production process and workflow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Procurement, and Sales, while contributing to both team and individual projects
Learn key planning and scheduling functions, how to utilize an ERP system, and how to build data reports that directly impact production efficiency
Contribute to the Production Planning team to streamline operations, enhance scheduling performance (OTD), and reduce time-consuming tasks
Qualification
Required
Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
Strong data analysis and data entry skills
Solid written and verbal communication abilities
Basic problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Currently entering Sophomore year or higher in a related program
