They are seeking a Part-Time Remote Personal Lines Insurance Producer to assist customers with insurance product information, process policy changes, and provide outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with Florida regulations.

Responsibilities
Receive and follow up with leads provided by the agency; present quotes and close sales
Assist new and existing customers with insurance product information (auto, home, personal lines, etc.)
Process policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and renewals
Maintain accurate records using our CRM and carrier systems
Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities with existing clients
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and digital communications
Ensure all activities comply with Florida insurance regulations and carrier requirements
Qualification
Required
Valid Florida 2-20 General Lines or 20-44 Personal Lines insurance producer license
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet, phone, and scheduling discipline
Preferred
Experience in insurance sales or quoting preferred, but producers with minimal experience but the correct license are welcome
Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese) preferred
