MileOne Autogroup is seeking a General Sales Manager for Heritage Subaru Catonsville to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales in new and pre-owned departments. The role involves overseeing customer retention, profitability, and managing the sales team while ensuring performance standards are met.

Hire, motivate, mentor and train the New & Used Sales team, Internet Sales and Finance Managers

Work with the sales team to maintain sales profitability of New and/or Pre-Owned Vehicles

Manage both New and Used Car Inventory

Establish and maintain performance standards
