The role focuses on relationship-first consultative sales, providing training and mentorship to help individuals build a career in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities
Engage financial advisors and bank representatives via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Learn and promote our suite of annuity products while staying informed on competitor offerings
Support advisors with illustrations, proposals, and case preparation
Build trust through consistent follow-up, relationship management, and exceptional service
Track activity and progress using our CRM system (Salesforce)
You'll spend 50% of your day focused in-office study for your Life Insurance License during the licensing period
Spend 50% of your day in hands-on sales and product training with our team
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills (phone and email)
Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building
Ability to handle outbound calling with professionalism and persistence
Eagerness to learn about financial services, insurance, and annuities
Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and client requests
Ability to work in-office (no remote option)
Preferred
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience (1-2 Years)
Previous sales experience (any industry)
Interest in building a long-term career in sales within the financial services industry
Salesforce certifications and/or experience with Salesforce a plus
