Responsibilities
Conduct receipt, storage, and issue of material and equipment in accordance with NAVSUP P-723 and NSLC Warehouse Process Guide
Maintain accurate location records and material condition tags
Operate MHE (forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes) to move and store materials safely
Perform shelf-life and HAZMAT segregation, labeling, and inspection
Support physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Maintain clean and hazard-free warehouse spaces compliant with NAVOSH standards
Assist with packaging and preservation per MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129R
Qualification
Required
High-school diploma or equivalent
2 + years of warehouse experience within Navy or DoD facilities
Ability to operate MHE and obtain OSHA Forklift Certification
Familiarity with DoD packaging and marking standards
Basic data-entry skills in Navy ERP or DPAS
Secret clearance

NAVSUP P-529 Warehouse Modernization training
