Business Development Director (ISO Recruiter)
North is a payment solutions company focused on helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses. The Business Development Director is responsible for recruiting and developing new Independent Sales Organizations and strategic relationships to expand the sales partner network and maximize revenue.

Responsibilities
Recruit and develop new sales partners (Agents/ISO’s/ISV’s/Strategic Partners) primarily via self generated leads
Respond to sales partner inquiries generated by company advertising campaigns, media events, and attendance at industry conferences
Sign, activate and grow sales partners in their first 12 months with NAB. Grow revenue within existing accounts using value selling methods
Understand products and services of North and affiliates and provide value based sales skills to secure additional revenue
Conduct effective negotiations pertaining to schedule A, new partner contract etc
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum three (3) years' of proven direct merchant services sales experience recruiting 1099/ISOs
Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota
Solid understanding of merchant services industry
Track record of growing revenue
