Responsibilities
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itinerary creation and ticketing
Prepare and reconcile travel expense reports in compliance with policy
Develop and format presentations, briefing materials, and reports
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage logistics for executive sessions
Perform additional coordination activities and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned

Schedule, setup, and run various teleconferences and Teams meetings
Timely completion of weekly reports, training, and out of office reports
Manage SharePoint sites and shared drives
Performs additional special assignments as required in support of staff needs
Provide guidance and support to other administrative assistants as needed
