Qualification
Required
In-depth knowledge of heavy civil construction processes and materials

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating heavy civil construction projects
