Salesforce Integrator and Support Specialist

They are seeking a Salesforce Integrator and Support Specialist who will design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications, provide user support, and collaborate with teams to enhance Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, and customer support systems)
Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and recommend improvements
Manage data imports, exports, and cleansing to maintain data integrity
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides
Assist in testing and deploying new Salesforce features, updates, and integrations
Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system use and adoption
Communicate with internal teams to align Salesforce operations with business needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, including integrations and support
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data models
Experience with integration tools such as Zapier, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar platforms
Proficiency in Salesforce administration (user setup, profiles, roles, workflows, reports, dashboards)
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer) are a plus
