Responsibilities
Greet golfers on the first tee, check receipts for payment and record basic golfer information
Oversee starting times and pair up golfers into groups
Inform golfers as to basic rules and the pace of play policy
Work with Rangers to monitor the pace of play policy and intervene when necessary
Monitor and attend to any issues to ensure a positive customer experience for players
Qualification
Required
Ability to work early/late hours, including weekdays, weekends and holidays as required
Exceptional customer service skills
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Basic knowledge of golf
