They are seeking entry-level technicians to operate machinery in the Press and Packaging departments, ensuring product quality and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities
Run machines to set or "layup" the wood with glue and press it together to form a large board or "billet."
Cut or "rip" the billet into smaller widths, coat, stack, and wrap it into a package for shipment to customers
Provide input on how to improve processes
Ensure the quality of the product is top notch
