Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of new or modified products, from concept through testing and production release
Resolve complex production and design challenges using expert-level technical knowledge across multiple disciplines
Develop and implement production capabilities, procedures, and quality protocols to ensure efficient and consistent manufacturing
Oversee or perform product testing, analyze results, and establish corrective actions to meet quality standards
Guide engineers and technicians, manage project timelines, and lead cost reduction or process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with demonstrated success in product design and development
Proficiency in SolidWorks and MS Office, with strong technical skills in fabrication, coatings, castings, or machining
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities; able to collaborate effectively across teams
Expert knowledge in at least two of the following manufacturing processes; welding, forming, drawing, forming metal, casting and rubber molding
