Responsibilities
Supervise the preparation and review of individual and business tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws
Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's financial goals
Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and advise the team on implications for the business
Manage client relationships and respond to inquiries regarding tax matters
Train and mentor junior staff on tax preparation and review processes
Coordinate with external auditors during tax audits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required
Proven experience in tax preparation and review, with a focus on individual and business tax returns
Proficiency in CCH tax software and other related tax preparation tools
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
