Indirect Tax Analyst

Responsibilities
Fully support the global indirect tax compliance lifecycle, including coordination with third-party service providers
Prepare reconciliation of all sales, use, and property tax accounts
With guidance, resolve indirect tax related notices from various tax jurisdictions
Support sales and property tax audits, including working closely with other internal departments and location personnel, along with external consultants that may be involved in the review
Conduct preliminary tax research using available tax research tools
Support internal requests to resolve tax related customer inquiries and business unit procurement processes
Reviewing, validating, and support management of exemption certificates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Up to three years of experience in sales and property taxes with multi-jurisdictional exposure
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills and be eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
VAT tax compliance experience a plus
Familiarity with sales tax compliance software and ERP systems, Vertex and SAP preferred
Process Improvement/Continuous improvement mindset
