Responsibilities
Conduct target audience analysis to understand local consumer behavior and media usage
Monitor competitive activities and report structured analysis
Track, analyze, and report on campaign or promotional performance
Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies across web, email, and social media platforms
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
Supervise creation of multimedia assets, including videos, graphics, and Key Opinion Leader content
Implement global BU campaigns across digital, social, PR, KOL/KOC platforms
Adapt global marketing content developed by team to local languages, culture, and consumer context
Plan and execute trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, and promotional materials
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and adherence to budgets
Analyze post-event performance and ROI
Lead development of POP displays and collateral for retail environments
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and design
Ensure timely production and distribution of materials
Manage cross-functional campaigns including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives
Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution
Monitor KPIs and report on campaign performance
Supervise and mentor a team of 7 marketing professionals
Delegate tasks, set goals, and conduct performance reviews
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
10+ years of experience in marketing management, with a strong portfolio of digital and event-based campaigns
Proven leadership skills and experience managing direct reports and project teams
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, analytics tools)
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to travel 15% of the time to client meetings and trade shows
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Creative problem solver with attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
