Responsibilities
Work as an integral part of the enterprise account team to define the strategic IT engagement approach
Act as the lead technical expert in customer-facing engagements
Clearly articulate the nuances of Coupa's cloud hosting infrastructure, overall product architecture, and robust security and compliance frameworks
Demonstrate deep knowledge of complex integration scenarios with major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and D365
Proactively create, review, and evolve a library of technical sales assets
Serve as the key technical resource for the RFP team
Qualification
Required
Broad Technical & Cloud Acumen: You demonstrate comprehensive technical aptitude across multiple domains, including modern web-based applications and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud models. You must be comfortable discussing infrastructure, enterprise architecture, AI concepts, multi-layered security, and complex integration strategies with authority
Business & Domain Expertise: You have direct experience with Finance, Procurement, or related business solutions and possess keen decision-making skills. Your true talent lies in translating complex technological features into tangible business value, articulating how our platform solves specific operational problems for both C-level executives and technical teams
Masterful Communication & Storytelling: You have exceptional written, verbal, and graphical communication skills with documented experience developing and presenting clear, compelling technical narratives. You must be able to confidently command a room, simplify complex topics, and adapt your presentation style for diverse audiences, from engineers to CFOs. (Multilingual skills are a significant bonus)
Independent & Organized Project Management: You are highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You have a proven ability to work independently, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and effectively prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
Proactive & Curious Mindset: You bring a genuine learning and exploring mindset, with a passion for staying current on new technologies and a willingness to adapt to a changing job environment. This role requires a B.S. degree in a technical field or equivalent experience that provides a strong, foundational understanding of core concepts
