Intuit is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Data Analyst to join their team of People Data Analysts. This role will lead the Data & Analytics workstream within the implementation of ServiceNow, focusing on data governance and actionable insights to support HR strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional ServiceNow data workstreams focused on case analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data governance

Identify and scope advanced analytics and AI use cases within ServiceNow to elevate insights and predictive capabilities

Develop deep understanding of ServiceNow case data, reporting structures, and integrations with data lake tables and marts

Drive analysis from cases to identify trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities

Design dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow to support business leaders and operational teams

Partner with ServiceNow product owners and engineering to ensure data quality, cleanliness, and AI-readiness

Define and implement data governance standards across ServiceNow data domains

Collaborate across PART and other stakeholder groups to share knowledge and build scalable solutions

Required

Experience as a people analyst or in a similar role

Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data ecosystem

Ability to lead cross-functional data workstreams

Experience in case analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data governance

Deep understanding of ServiceNow case data, reporting structures, and integrations

Experience in designing dashboards and reporting solutions

Ability to partner with product owners and engineering teams

Experience in defining and implementing data governance standards

Ability to collaborate across stakeholder groups
