Responsibilities
Receiving and suggesting inventory levels of required IT hardware equipment
Maintains accurate asset management location, status in corresponding tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
Works closely with project team to develop equipment strategy including remodels, new stores, acquisitions
Performs shipping and tracking of outgoing IT assets
Fosters and maintains positive client relationships
Shipping and Receiving duties related to IT equipment (PCs, laptops, iPads, credit card devices, etc.)
Inventory management and control of IT assets
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years experience in asset management or related field
Experience with ServiceNow or other asset management tools
ServiceNow or other asset management tools
Shipping and receiving processes
Carrier types and service levels
Using relational databases such as Access DB
Communication and Collaboration Skills
Microsoft Operating Systems experience
Ability to solve problems independently
Organization and attention to detail
Preferred
Retail experience is a plus
