Benefits Manager

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage company-wide benefits programs
Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Lead annual open enrollment and benefits communications
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.)
Provide guidance to leaders and HR partners on benefits strategy
Manage regulatory filings and reporting
Drive process improvements and system enhancements
Lead and develop a team of HR Associates, overseeing HR operations (onboarding, terminations, relocations, ADA accommodations)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
8+ years of experience in benefits design and administration
Proven leadership experience
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and self-insured plans
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
