Supply Chain Analyst

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is a leading retailer in the home goods sector, and they are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to improve supply chain efficiency. The role involves analyzing supply chain projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing analytical support to enhance business decisions.

Responsibilities

Gather and interpret relevant data including inventory, costs, productivity, and supply/demand patterns
Coordinate customer-facing order dates, inbound prioritization, order processes, and other supply chain activities
Analyze order fulfilment metrics and propose solutions to root cause issues to ensure positive customer experience
Assist cross-functional partners in ensuring evolving omni order-fulfilment methods are executed properly
Recommend effective processes and procedures to improve workflow, profitability, efficiency, and transparency
Provide analytical support for projects, process and system upgrades, and new business opportunities
Partner with Inventory Management, Sourcing, Distribution Center Operations, and Logistics teams to investigate opportunities and develop solutions to maintain an efficient supply chain
