Serve as a resource specialist for an assigned operating room area/specialty service

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of aseptic and surgical techniques for elective and emergency cardiac procedures

Ensure all supplies, instruments, and equipment are available and functioning prior to procedures

Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care to all patients, adhering to policies and standards

Promote professional growth through continuing education, mentoring, and supporting department goals

Act as a preceptor and resource for new and less experienced staff

Foster a culture of personalized and efficient patient and colleague experiences
