Responsibilities
Serve clients within Lancaster County in preschools/daycares, homes/community, local elementary schools, and our center
Provide high quality ABA services through using data-driven intervention, clinical collaboration, and team support
Receive company provided ABA Fieldwork Supervision towards qualifying for your BCBA exam
Maintain a caseload requirement of 90-100 billable hours per month
Collaborate with other BC-ABAs & BCBAs, supervision & mentorship of BHT-ABAs
Plan out the services provided to clients
Attend meetings and support supervisees
Qualification
Required
Must have PA Behavior Specialist License
Must have both current PA Behavior Specialist License and BCBA in good standing for Behavior Analyst position
Must have/obtain current ‘clean' background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State Regulations
Billable Client Services minimum requirement 90-100 hrs/month
Must be available to serve clients in multiple locations within Lancaster County
Must be available to consistently provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
