Responsibilities

Providing outstanding customer service while answering inbound phone calls and supporting Fidelity’s valued clients

Developing skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, and online support

Preparing to become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining SIE®, Series 7, and 63 licenses

Handling more complex customer calls and connecting with team members and leaders to expand network

Exploring new career paths through job shadowing and utilizing the career center
