Responsibilities

Understand cyberspace capabilities to evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cybersecurity solutions
Leverage cybersecurity expertise to harden systems, conduct vulnerability assessments, and bolster the organization's security posture
Assess the entire threat landscape and guide clients through a plan of action with presentations, whitepapers, and milestones
Work with clients to translate security concepts for informed decision-making regarding mission-critical systems and critical infrastructure

Qualification

Cybersecurity expertiseRisk Management Framework (RMF)NIST 800-53 controlsSecurity+ CertificationCISSP CertificationEMASSXactaExperience as an ISSMDoD 8140 IAM Level III Certification

Required

4+ years of experience with cybersecurity or information assurance
Experience with RMF, NIST 800-53 controls, and DoD cybersecurity policies
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Security+ or CISSP Certification

Preferred

Experience preparing and maintaining Authorization to Operate (ATO) packages
Experience conducting security assessments, documenting actions, and validating accreditation under RMF
Experience as an ISSM
Experience with eMASS or Xacta
Bachelor's degree
DoD 8140 IAM Level III Certification
