Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in employee benefits, including familiarity with benefits issues under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code
JD from an ABA accredited law school
Excellent analytic, writing, and verbal skills
Demonstrated ability to independently produce quality work product
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and matter management skills
Ability to work on a collaborative team
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to continued client development activity
Preferred
