Take full ownership of the design function, defining the look, feel, and experience of our platform across web and core application experiences
Collaborate closely with leadership and multiple internal development teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces
Set and maintain design standards while helping shape how accounting professionals interact with technology at scale

Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
A versatile design eye, comfortable across UX, UI, web, and traditional media
Ability to prioritize clarity, speed, and usability over perfection
