This internship will provide students with hands-on experience in the Talent Acquisition process and the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process

Professional partnering with the TA Partners , hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs. Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases

Support hiring related project(s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams

Required

Open to students who are currently pursuing their bachelor/master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields

Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2026
