U.S. Development, LLC is seeking a Junior Site Superintendent eager to grow their career in multifamily construction. This role will support senior field leadership in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating trades.

Responsibilities

Assist either the Site Superintendent or Construction Manager with day-to-day construction oversight

Support subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and field logistics

Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company standards

Help maintain project documentation, daily logs, and progress reports

Conduct field walkthroughs to monitor quality and assist with punch-list completion

Gain exposure to project scheduling, RFI/submittal tracking, and field problem-solving

Provide frequent updates and escalate issues to the Construction Manager

Qualification

Field construction experienceOSHA 10 certificationConstruction sequencing knowledgeProcoreCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

1–3 years of field construction experience, internship, or co-op program (multifamily experience a plus)

Strong interest in pursuing a superintendent track career path

Basic understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and specifications

OSHA 10 certification will be required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

OSHA 30 certification

Proficiency in Procore, or similar tools
