Responsibilities
Professionally represent SiteOne and its products to end users when ensuring best-in-class delivery and installation of products sold by the company
Provide expert knowledge to all associates/customers in the proper/safe operation of the equipment, maintenance requirements, and warranty policies
Communicate effectively with teammates including managers, branch associates, line of business specialists, sales team members, and customers in both verbal and written communications
Complete documentation on work performed, including labor and parts, and send invoices for customer service and repair jobs upon completion using the SiteOne POS system
Conduct pre-construction meetings and product demonstrations as needed
Travel locally within your territory as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of installation or field troubleshooting experience of central control irrigation systems or pump assemblies
Knowledge of project management including scheduling and supervision of sub-contractors
Experience operating the necessary tools and equipment to aid in installation. Tools and equipment may include, but is not limited to, hand tools, mini-excavators, and mobile cranes
Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) and how to work safely around pump control panels
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Willingness to frequently travel overnight
Preferred
Manufacturer/Technical Trade certifications
HDPE fusion experience or certifications
