Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Assistant Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting and accounting for the Systems Division, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Maintain the integrity and completeness of the division’s financial results and balance sheet accounts
Actively participate in monthly close activities
Prepare journal entries
Reconcile key accounts
Support internal and external audits
Analyze financial data
Identify variances
Provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
At least 5 year of professional accounting experience required
Solid understanding of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
Profient in cost and project accounting, with ability to identify and track key variables across individual projects
Skilled in data entry, cost analysis, and intercompany account reconciliation
English: fluent spoken and written
Preferred
10+ years of relevant experience preferred
Prior manufacturing and/or energy services sector experience preferred
