Responsibilities

Produce and host programming on Pioneer 90.1
Collaborate on Daily Operations of KSRQ
Research, produce, host, and promote KSRQ’s arts and cultural programming

Qualification

Required

2 years of experience in broadcasting or related area; Master's degree may substitute for 18 months of experience; Bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of experience; Associate's degree may substitute for six months of experience
Ability to walk, stand, sit, crouch, kneel; speak in a clear voice; hear and comprehend sounds and English-language speech; collect, transport, unload items weighing up to 20 lbs
Ability to maintain professional radio environment and product while balancing learning requirements of beginning broadcasters and volunteers
Working knowledge of radio studio equipment
Exceptionally strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated time and project management skills
Demonstrated effectiveness building relationships with a diverse internal and external clientele

Preferred

Familiarity with Americana/Triple-A music
2 year degree in Communications or related field
Awareness of issues and happenings in NW Minnesota/NE North Dakota
