Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven sales and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with strategic marketing and sales teams to identify, assess, and prioritize new business opportunities
Develop business cases and actionable recommendations to support decision-making on new initiatives, partnerships, and technology adoption
Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, using project management tools to set timelines, track progress, and ensure deliverables are achieved
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for management meetings, executives, and key stakeholders
Translate business needs into actionable plans that bridge technical and commercial teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
Lead cross-functional working sessions to solve problems, align stakeholders, and drive project execution
Support management in organizational development and cross-functional strategic initiatives
Act as a trusted extension of the Managing Director and work closely with the Director of Sales Operations, demonstrating sound judgment, discretion, and a high degree of independence
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as defined by management in support of business objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced degree a plus)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy, sales, consulting, or sales-related project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesize complex ideas for executive audiences
Comfortable working with technology teams and understanding technical concepts at a business level
Self-starter with strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
