Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of company machinery and building systems while collaborating with a team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding presses, grinding machines, ECM cut‑off saws, electric motors, HVAC systems, electro polish, automatic cleaning systems, gluing stations, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, PLCs, VFDs, and metal forming equipment
Troubleshoot malfunctions using SOPs, diagrams, manuals, and precision instruments
Dismantle and repair defective parts using hoists, hand tools, and power tools
Inspect and adjust parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies
Document maintenance activities and prepare work orders
Stay current with technical knowledge, SOPs, GMP, RCRA, DOT, and safety training
Ensure a safe and clean working environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout an eight‑hour shift
Perform other duties as required

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Five years of experience maintaining operations in a manufacturing facility
Strong knowledge of construction principles, grounds keeping, HVAC, electrical, pneumatic control systems, waste systems, and chemical/specialty gas dispense systems

Preferred

Previous experience in maintenance roles
Basic computer knowledge
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
