Responsibilities

Support brand marketing and customer experience marketing teams on strategic initiatives
Analyze marketing performance and customer engagement across digital channels, including digital media, email, and television
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights to optimize marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service data visualizations using business intelligence tools
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Data Governance and IT teams to ensure the accuracy of analytics and reporting, support data pipeline development, and enable new data assets and analytical capabilities
Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders at all organizational levels by communicating actionable insights, addressing inquiries, and responding to ad-hoc requests

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, science, mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline required
Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a similar analytical role
Advanced Excel and SQL skills required
Ability to work at hybrid office schedule in our Waltham office

Preferred

Master's degree preferred
Experience with R, Python, and Tableau preferred
Experience in MarTech stack (Adobe AEP, Adobe CJA, Marketo etc.) preferred
Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and relational databases. Experience in Snowflake preferred
Working knowledge on commercial data in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo) preferred
