Responsibilities
Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for outage management across the Kraken platform
Partner with utilities, client delivery, and internal product teams to identify key needs and prioritize impactful solutions
Translate insights from real-world outage operations into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics
Collaborate with our Global Product teams to design, build and refine tools that improve outage visibility, communication, and restoration coordination
Continuously learn from live events to improve product performance and customer experience
Qualification
Required
4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software with at least two years of experience in the utility industry
You've worked in or closely with electric utilities and understand how outages impact operations, customers, and regulators
You're a systems thinker who can connect customer experience, data, and operational workflows into coherent, scalable products
You're adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, whether working on a high-level product strategy or rolling up your sleeves to execute
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX and data science
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track key success metrics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, balancing technical and business needs
Comfort engaging with clients during sales, discovery, and delivery
Passion for customer experience, with a strong focus on usability, efficiency, and empathy
Preferred
Preferred experience with outage management systems (OMS), field operations, or grid reliability processes
