Responsibilities
This role partners closely with Payroll Leadership to ensure accurate, timely payroll execution across multiple entities and employee groups
The Senior Payroll Analyst leads complex reconciliations, resolves escalated payroll inquiries, supports quarterly and year-end reporting, and provides guidance to Payroll Specialists and timekeepers
This position is as a key contributor in process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and special projects
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Minimum 5+ years of progressive payroll experience in a high-volume environment
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxation, and wage & hour laws
Analytical ability to reconcile payroll accounts, interpret regulations, and resolve discrepancies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse employee groups
Detail-oriented with proven ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's in accounting, Business, or related field preferred
Experience with UKG Pro and Kronos or similar HRIS platforms preferred
