Responsibilities

Leverages SIGINT and non-SIGINT data sources to close discovery gaps, optimize client systems, and to enhance client ability to pursue essential data
Applies advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise; full industry knowledge
Develops innovative solutions to complex problems
Works without considerable direction; mentors and may supervise team members

Qualification

Required

10+ year's experience in SIGINT development and providing analytic support for signal intelligence operations
7+ year's experience with modern telecommunications systems, protocols, and network architectures
Experience using software applications and databases associated with SIGINT development
Ability to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT data in compliance with established requirements and priorities
Ability to support an 8-hour rotating shift
Possession of critical thinking and analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data and insights
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS Diploma or GED

Preferred

Experience scripting with Bash, Shell, and Python to automate tasks and enhance system functionality
Knowledge of Apache software and NiFi for data processing, integration, and workflow automation
Knowledge of network protocols
Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
