Responsibilities

Architect and manage enterprise data warehouse and data mart solutions
Build and optimize data pipelines connecting ERP, MES, CRM, and other business systems
Integrate systems across manufacturing, finance, and operations using modern ETL/ELT and API tools
Ensure security, reliability, and performance across all database environments
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to design solutions that drive smarter, faster decision-making
Champion continuous improvement — from data modeling and governance to automation and analytics enablement

Qualification

SQL ServerETL/ELT toolsData architectureCloud exposureBI familiarityLeadership experienceCommunicationCollaboration

Required

8+ years in Information Technology, with 5+ years in data, analytics, or integration roles
2+ years of leadership experience guiding high-performing technical teams
Deep expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, ETL/ELT tools (Azure Data Factory, Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and security
Experience integrating ERP, MES, CRM, and manufacturing systems
Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS) and BI familiarity (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do spirit
