Required

CA Professional Engineer License (PE) or PEng
Strong mathematical, analytical, time management skills
A bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field is often required
Extensive project management experience, min 10 years, to handle project elements such as planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery
Familiarity with rail track, rail signal, or rail grade crossing design and construction
Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and handling multiple railroad projects within the area of responsibility
Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment, collaborate with regional and local managers, and manage marketing and production efforts
