Harnham is a global leader in Data & AI recruitment, and they are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in permanent recruitment. The role involves proactively identifying and targeting new client accounts, building relationships with hiring managers, and managing the full business development cycle.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new client accounts
Build relationships with hiring managers and senior decision makers
Partner with recruiters to deliver top Data & AI permanent talent
Manage the full business development cycle: from prospecting to pitching to signing agreements
Work with leadership to shape go-to-market and growth strategies
Consistently generate new opportunities to expand revenue and market share
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of new client acquisition and revenue growth in permanent recruitment
Proven success in permanent recruitment business development — you've repeatedly brought on new clients and delivered results
Strong hunter mentality with the drive to build and grow a client base from scratch
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial, resilient, and results-driven mindset
Preferred
Knowledge of Data & AI, tech, or related industries (a plus)
