Remote Receptionist (Part-Time 15-20 hours/week)
PJI Law, a fast-growing boutique firm in the Washington, DC area, is hiring part-time virtual Receptionists. The role involves managing incoming calls and emails, assisting with client communication, and providing administrative support, ensuring a professional experience for all callers.

Responsibilities
Answer calls within 5 seconds and manage all interactions cheerfully and efficiently
Ability to respond to hundreds of incoming calls and emails every week
Respond to client/prospect inquiries within 8 business hours
Accurately log all calls and email communications
Manage CRM systems and protect the intake team from unqualified leads
Assist with administrative tasks and process documentation
Uphold professionalism, even during challenging interactions
Qualification
Required
Positive, energetic, and reliable communicator with excellent phone etiquette
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong grammar and spelling
Comfortable working evenings (U.S. business hours: 3:00/4:00 pm – 12:00/1:00 am SAST)
Flexibility to work earlier and later hours
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn new software and systems
Growth mindset with the ability to adjust to change
Able to multitask, stay focused, and maintain a consistent, upbeat tone
Must go the full workday without checking social media
Computer: SSD (≥500GB), 16GB RAM, capable of running Windows 11+
Mouse, webcam, and a microphone headset
Fiber internet (≥100 Mbps), wired Ethernet connection (not Wi-Fi)
Reliable power backup (UPS or inverter)
