Responsibilities
Engage directly with consumers through chat, email, phone, and social media—assisting with orders, resolving issues, and sharing product knowledge to strengthen our brands
Assist with inquiries, warranty and return requests, and order entry
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Hands-on angling experience and a genuine passion for the fishing lifestyle
Organized, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Enjoy problem-solving and providing positive, solution-oriented service
Comfortable with data entry and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
Interest in pursuing a professional career in the fishing or outdoor industry
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude
A commitment to learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Ability to work part-time hours during weekdays; flexibility is a plus
Preferred
Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate preferred
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or social media engagement
