Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is a well-established law firm seeking to hire an experienced Senior Conflict Analyst for their team. The role involves supporting the Conflict Analysis Team by responding to new business requests, analyzing conflict reports, managing databases, and recommending process improvements.

Support their Conflict Analysis Team through responding to new business requests
Analyzing new hire conflict reports
Drafting and tracking receipt of waivers
Database management
Offering support through recommendations for process improvements
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience with Conflict Analysis at large firms
Ability to listen to and respond to all inquiries
Preferred
Open Administrator Training and Intapp Open preferred (or similar certifications)
Experience with Intapp Walls, 3E, iManage preferred
