Create and execute smart strategies to open doors and grow our presence in the market

Build new client relationships and strengthen the ones we already have

Represent H2M at industry events and networking opportunities- be the person everyone wants to meet

Work closely with leadership to develop proposals and strategies that win

Keep your pipeline organized and share progress through our CRM tools

Qualification

Required

A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

At least 7 years of outside sales experience in AEC or Real Estate markets

A proven track record of prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals

Strong presentation and negotiation skills- you know how to make an impression

An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for growth

Must be local to NYC and understand the market
