They are seeking a Quality Requirements Engineering and Compliance Sr. Advisor responsible for ensuring that processes and deliverables for mission-critical FAA systems meet defined quality standards.

Responsibilities

Understand, establish and maintain requirements traceability across program teams
Assist program teams with identifying and implementing corrective actions
Support program team risk assessments
Assist program teams with counterfeit parts protection
Provide subject matter expertise on the ISO 9001 standard and contractual requirements

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D
16+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
U.S. Citizenship Required
Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance
Strong knowledge of quality frameworks and best practices
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with root cause analysis techniques
Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred

ISO 9001:2015 requirements certification
Experience supporting FAA or aviation-related systems
Experience with counterfeit parts protection
